  • Biochemical techniques: Spectroscopy- and radiochemical-based enzyme kinetics and binding assays; band-shift assays; protein quantification; ion-exchange and affinity based chromatography; pull–down and Western blot analysis for protein identification; RNase Protection assays and Northern blots analysis of gene expression

  • Diffraction Data Collection Experience at Synchrotron Facilities. Extensive experience in applying for beamtime and visiting synchrotron beamlines for data collection on protein crystals at various places throughout Europe and North America
